Its seems like every time I find Miss Ellie a cute hair pretty she looses it :-) And I'm sure my kid isn't the only one that does this. So I find myself always replacing them...so now I found another shop to restock with. The background on this hair pretty boutique is:

Scarlett's Whimsy came about after the birth of my beautiful baby girl born on March 25, 2009. I was inspired to create beautiful and quality hair accessories for girls of all ages.  I named my shop Scarlett after my daughter and added the Whimsy because I love all things romantic and whimsical.
Scarlett is my inspiration for most of my creations as well as my sometimes unwilling "live" mannequin. =) She must endure her mother trying hats and headbands on her to make sure they are perfect and ready for your princess!
